Fusing her Indigenous roots with indie, folk, pop, and ambient electronic influences, Asiah creates rich and emotive soundscapes anchored by powerful melodies, soul-stirring vocals, and intimate storytelling. In just two years, Asiah has released two EPs, multiple singles, and a full-length album. Her EP Self-Portrait earned her two Native American Music Award nominations, a Top 10 spot on the Indigenous Music Countdown, a nomination for “Single of the Year” at the 2025 Canadian Folk Music Awards, and a feature on Apple Music’s Indigenous Now Playlist. Her biggest influences include London Grammar, Brandi Carlile, Blanco White, Aurora, Nils Frahm, Agnes Obel, and Ludovico Einaudi. A true architect of her own sound, Asiah writes, records, produces, and mixes all of her own music from her home studio.
